It was a good day! Actually, it was a GREAT day! Elder Sumner had the priviledge of baptising Marcin Podkowik. The whole ward turned out to support Marcin and his decision to be baptised.
The annual Lea Valley ward summer outing was a blast. It was held at Hamstead Health. A beautiful facility, with something for everyone. Swimming pools, fishing and swimming lakes, football fields, picnic areas and a high-tech playground for the kids.
We celebrated with Brother Cliff on his birthday. He is 79 years young. A wonderful old English fellow.
Ahh-London. Even the street lamps are beautiful and have character! It truely is one of the great cities of the world.
